Who we are

Courtney & Jason met through their mutual love for yoga in the Philadelphia area. They now enjoy sharing the practices and passions that have deeply supported their personal growth and combined journey, with the goal of empowering others on their own paths of transformation.

Courtney is a 200-hour E-RYT with over seven years of experience in teaching yoga and guiding others on their wellness journeys. She has been a facilitator on more than a dozen 200-hour Yoga Teacher Trainings and taught over 2,000 classes, helping students deepen both their physical practice and inner connection. As a full-time licensed therapist specializing in mental health and substance use disorders, Courtney integrates a trauma-informed approach into her work, offering compassionate support and a mindful space for healing. She has co-hosted several transformative retreats in California, Maine, and Pennsylvania, creating environments for renewal and self-discovery. Courtney is excited to team up with Jason on their next shared adventure, blending her expertise in therapy and yoga to support others on their transformative journeys.

Jason is 520-hour RYT certified in Vinyasa, Kundalini, and Yoga Nidra, as well as a Level II certified Wim Hof Method instructor and FIREwalking facilitator. As co-owner of Ignite Sadhana, he has led over 500 workshops and hosted more than a dozen transformative retreats in locations such as Maine, Pennsylvania, Ireland, Poland, Iceland, and Spain. Jason has also had the privilege of assisting Wim Hof himself as one of his lead instructors on two international retreats. With his diverse experience and deep passion for wellness, Jason is excited to embark on yet another transformative journey with Courtney, combining their expertise and vision to inspire others on their paths of growth and healing.
